What is in a Kidbrook specification?

When buyers compare new homes, the word specification does a lot of work. Every housebuilder claims a high one. So here, plainly, is what ours means.

Kitchens are individually crafted, with Silestone worktops and upstands and integrated appliances from Siemens and Bosch. Bathrooms and en suites pair designer sanitaryware by Roca with Hansgrohe brassware and thermostatically controlled showers, finished in Porcelanosa tiling carried to full height around the shower enclosures.

Underfloor heating features across our current developments, with oak-engineered flooring at Ockford Road and Karndean at Shalford Lodge. Walls and ceilings are finished smooth in Dulux matt emulsion, and the details follow through to the door furniture.

Outside, gardens arrive planted and turfed, parking areas are properly finished, and electric vehicle charging features at Ockford Road, while Shalford Lodge adds solar panels and a Predicted Energy Assessment of 'A' for every apartment.
